iPhone 3D Scanner - Trimensional

Georgia Tech research scientist Grant Schindler has developed a 3D scanner for the iPhone. Dr. Schindler's software is called Trimensional. If you have an iPhone 4 or iPod Touch (4th Generation) you can download the software from the App store and immediately start taking 3D scans. The 3D scan of me above was taken using my iPhone.
